1.1 Will you be building your own game engine?

  • No. We will be using the Star Wars Galaxy engine. It is robust, scalable and very customizable technology that will meet our needs. This will allow us to focus more time on content than programming the basic functions of the game.

1.2 Will I be able to create my character?

  • Character creation is very customizable with over a dozen physical adjustments. You change your height, shape of your eyes, ears, nose, and your size from very thin to very fat or muscular. Plus your hair color and skin tone can be changed.

1.3 Will Project Nexus be skill or level based?

  • Project Nexus will have a skill-based system. We feel that a skill-based system provides greater freedom to players and gives them more control over their characters.

  • We have many planets for you to visit as well as a huge asteroid belt for gathering resources and a few other hazardous areas like the Talia Nebula that has some hidden secrets.

  • We have eight unique playable species and may add more after release.
